Refund policy

If there’s a problem with your order, please email krissikitchen@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. If items arrived damaged, please include photos of the treats and packaging so we can investigate.

Please double-check your order and flavour selections before checking out! Once your parcel leaves our kitchen, it cannot be resold or returned for food safety reasons.
