Ordering and dispatch

Our cookies and brownies are baked fresh for each order and are usually dispatched within 2-3 days of your order being received. 

Shipping rates and delivery

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post Express Post: $14.95 if spending up to $50 on crew packs, and $21.95 for $50 and over. If you spend $60 or more, you will get a free "Just a slither" pack (whilst stock lasts). Not available on seasonal collections.

Dispatch is when we hand your parcel to Australia Post, not its arrival date. Delivery times vary by destination. Please refer to Australia Post’s current delivery estimates and allow for possible delays.

Packaging and care

Each box is carefully packed with protective cushioning to minimise shifting and breakage during transit.
